Beauty Favourites
Here are some of my most-loved beauty products…
Armani – Luminous Silk Foundation • This iconic foundation is a beauty industry favourite and adored by makeup artists across the globe. This radiant base was ahead of the game within the beauty scene and made its name as being THE ultimate formula before the glow trend was a thing. It’s a timeless classic. I also love the newer additions: the Luminous Silk Concealer and Primer paired with the foundation; they make the perfect skin trio and my go-to’s for red carpet.
Chanel – Les Beiges Bronzing Cream • This is a cult classic, now available in two shades bringing a sun-kissed glow on every application. The buildable gel texture glides on beautifully. The best brush to apply this is the Clinique Buff Brush.
Tom Ford Beauty – Pink Dusk Lipstick • This pinky nude is one I always buy on repeat and there’s always one in my makeup bag. The texture, the shade, the packaging all draw me in every time.
OPI – Big Apple Red • Big Apple Red has been signature shade for over 10 years, I feel dressed and more complete with my red nails. My hands look unrecognisable without it! I’ve tried every red alternative, from orange reds to more pinky red but they don’t work. I never have seasonal nails but I have played around with the shape for a bit of diversity.
NARS – Skin Deep Palette • One of my most adored smokey eye palettes for creating a soft blown out sultry eye look, right through to worn in rock n roll eyes. The mix of bronze, red browns and golden shades combined with textures, work beautifully together for every eye makeup look.
LANCÔME – Lash Idole Mascara • This beautifully packaged mascara creates the most voluminous, fanned out but natural looking eyelashes. With its curved comb perfectly fitting the natural shape of your eye it really grasps every single lash, which is so important when you want to avoid any clumping.
Hourglass – Arch Brown Pencil • Literally creates the perfect brow. Its unique formula which combines powder, pencil and wax makes for a long-lasting, precise and smudge proof brow. It’s also double ended with a spoolie to ensure those beauties are groomed; which I believe is an absolute MUST HAVE when it comes to brow products. I couldn’t recommend this enough!
MAC – Groundwork Paintpot • Groundwork has become a cult MAC product and MUA favourite. It’s my go-to for a low-key eye look and is just the perfect neutral that looks barely there.
Estée Lauder – Sumptuous Rebel Mascara • Mega lashes with minimum input! The Sumptuous Rebel Mascara creates such an impactful look! Its delicate, thin wand makes it so easy to manoeuvre and picks up even the shortest of hairs creating thicker and longer lashes; who doesn’t want that?!
Charlotte Tilbury – Pillow Talk Lip Cheat Pencil • A personal favourite and makeup artist must-have. It beautifully amplifies the natural lips shade as well as adding shape and definition in a natural way. I love to use this all over the lips with a touch of gloss or tinted lip balm over the top for an everyday look.
Clarins – Lip Oil • You’ll always find one of these in my makeup bag, hand bag, car… You name the place, you’ll find one of these. It really is the OG of lip oils! It never overloads the lips but only creates the best version of them. Non sticky, nourishing and smells AMAZING.
Shiseido – Synchro Skin Foundation • If you’re looking for natural, healthy and flawless looking skin but still want good coverage, this foundation is THE one. It glides onto the skin so effortlessly and wears very well throughout the day. I’ve found it to be so easily buildable too if you want a touch up!
